What your day looks like

You’ll prepare and polish precision components, refine surfaces to exacting standards, and collaborate with teammates to meet quality goals. Using a Manual Grinder and other shop tools, you’ll ensure every piece that leaves your bench reflects our century-long commitment to craftsmanship.
