Software Engineer – Full Stack

About the Role

We're a seed-stage B2B SaaS company building revenue growth infrastructure that helps digital businesses turn word-of-mouth into a systematic, scalable growth channel. Trusted by category-leading SaaS brands, our platform processes interactions for millions of end users every month. Backed by top-tier European investors, we're a small, high-output engineering team with an AI-native workflow.

We're looking for a junior-to-mid Full-Stack Engineer (2–6 years of experience) who is hungry to grow, ships real things, and embraces AI tooling as a core part of their daily workflow. You'll be mentored by senior engineers and ramp up gradually, taking on increasing ownership over time.

What You'll Do

• Build new features and fix bugs across our React, NestJS, and Python stack
• Work on backend services covering attribution, payouts, and integrations with CRM and payment gateways
• Contribute to PostgreSQL schema design, including multi-tenant data modeling, data correctness, and idempotency
• Work within event-driven architectures on AWS
• Use AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) daily to move fast and learn faster
• Take ownership of well-scoped tasks, with scope expanding as you grow

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2–6 years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Node.js with TypeScript for backend services
• Solid PostgreSQL skills, including multi-tenant data modeling
• Experience with AWS and event-driven architectures
• Hands-on experience with attribution, payouts, or integrations with CRM and payment systems
• Based in Europe or South Africa with CET ±3 hour timezone overlap
• Comfortable using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) as part of your standard workflow

Nice to Have:

• Experience in early-stage or seed-stage startup environments
• Founder DNA or a track record of shipping side projects

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: €55,000 – €80,000 annually
• Equity (eVSOPs)
• Fully remote, async-friendly team
