Shipping & Receiving Forklift Technician

Your mission
Ensure the efficient, safe flow of materials into, through, and out of the warehouse by combining skilled forklift operation with rigorous inventory transactions in Epicor.
Core responsibilities
- Retrieve finished goods from assembly and complete shipping steps using approved systems and transactions.
- Receive inbound materials; verify, record, and store them in inventory accurately via Epicor.
- Document all moves and adjustments in Epicor to support inventory accuracy.
- Operate gas or electric industrial trucks—Reach and Counterbalance forklifts—and other material handling equipment.
- Load and unload semi trailers.
- Perform other related duties and participate in assigned projects.
What sets you up for success
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6–12 months operating material handling equipment; 1–3 months related experience.
- Understands warehouse product flow and why exact transaction recording matters.
- Can use or learn RF scanners and tablets; basic computer and data entry skills.
- Familiar with ERP platforms such as Epicor.
- Can follow written and verbal instructions; applies basic math; strong work ethic.
- Comfort working solo or as part of a team; able to use basic hand tools (air drivers, wrenches, etc.).
Physical capabilities
- Stand and walk 8+ hours with frequent long-distance walking.
- Climb step stools/small ladders as needed.
- Bend and stoop regularly.
- Lift items up to 50 lbs.
