Is this you?

  • Comfortable setting up and operating multi‑axis CNC mills (3/4/5‑axis), plus 2‑axis CNC horizontal and VTL mills?
  • Able to leverage manual machines when the job calls for it?
  • Organized enough to stage and move materials efficiently?
  • Confident selecting and requisitioning tooling and shop supplies?
  • Experienced in ISO/AS/MIL STD prototype or job‑shop environments with complex drawings and instructions?

What you’ll work on

  • Setup and operation of 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis CNC milling centers.
  • Setup and operation of 2‑axis CNC horizontal and VTL mills.
  • Manual machining in support of CNC tasks.
  • Material organization, staging, and movement.
  • Tooling evaluation and purchasing requests.

Minimum requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of machine tool setup/operation experience in an ISO/AS/MIL STD prototype/job‑shop setting using complex documentation and verbal/written instruction.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.

Shift options

Day and night schedules are available. Night shift receives a 15% differential added to base pay.

Pay and benefits

Hourly pay: $35.00–$45.00. Night shift adds a 15% differential. The stated range is a good‑faith estimate of the anticipated minimum and maximum base + bonus for this job. Final pay is based on qualifications (education, training, and/or experience related to this role) and may vary.
