CDL Truck Driver – Recent Grads Welcome

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers based in Tampa, Florida. Candidates with limited or no professional driving experience are encouraged to apply for a paid Class A training program. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, with operations primarily east of I-35. Training program (for candidates with limited or no experience)

• Paid three- to five-week training for recent CDL school graduates who meet the minimum instruction requirement (at least 120 hours).
• Training includes safe tractor-trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and company procedures.
• Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations prior to solo assignments.

Typical duties

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
• Haul primarily no-touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop-and-hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on-time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs (driver vehicle inspection reports).
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any vehicle defects or safety concerns.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Adhere to company safety policies and regulatory requirements at all times.

This role is based in Tampa, FL and supports freight operations primarily serving the Eastern United States. Employment is W-2 and includes the benefits and training outlined above.
