You’ll set up and run production equipment, watch performance in real time, and make the small adjustments that keep quality high and output steady. Throughout the shift, you’ll capture production data, keep your area orderly, and jump in with teammates to hit goals—sometimes even showing a newer operator the ropes.

What you’ll do

• Prepare, set up, and operate a variety of production machines per specifications and work instructions.
• Continuously monitor cycles and part quality, intervening quickly to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs; troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Record production metrics and maintain accurate logs.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized workstation.
• Collaborate across the line to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new operators when needed.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or certifications are a plus.
• Hands-on experience as a machine operator or in a closely related manufacturing role.
