Role highlights

• Compensation: $20.00/hour
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (First shift)

Core responsibilities

• Through‑hole soldering and precision wiring under a microscope.
• Assembly of electronic components, connectors, hardware, and subassemblies.
• Operation of assembly tools, fixtures, and machinery.
• Inspection, cleaning, touch‑up, and rework to meet specifications.
• Reading and executing to work instructions, blueprints, and production documents.
• Measuring and logging product data when required.
• Upholding quality standards and achieving daily output goals.
• Maintaining orderly, safe workspaces and following all procedures.
• Contributing to training efforts and team objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Microscope experience and blueprint literacy are advantageous.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Sharp visual detail orientation.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Strong team collaboration and communication.

Environment and physical demands

• Fast‑paced manufacturing floor.
• Repetitive hand movements common.
• Primarily seated with intermittent standing, reaching, bending, and twisting.
• Regular use of microscopes and precision instruments.
• Exposure to manufacturing chemicals/solvents may occur.

Standards and certifications

• Visual acuity (20/20 corrected or uncorrected) and color vision testing required.
• IPC‑A‑610 certification may be necessary for certain lines.
• Must consistently meet quality and productivity metrics.
