Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients who requested information about life insurance coverage
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage options
  • Assist clients through the application process
  • Maintain professional follow-up communication with clients
  • Manage and track client interactions in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client relations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Coachable and willing to follow established systems
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Requirements

  • Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one
  • Reliable internet connection and phone access
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must be eligible to contract with insurance carriers

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor position with performance-based bonuses. Earnings are based on individual production and completed sales.
