As a Honda Assembler, you will work in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment, helping assemble vehicle components while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.
No HSD or GED required!
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required to meet job duties and workplace safety standards
• Pre-Screen Assessments (test and physical),10 panel DS with THC, BG check, and tour required prior to placement
• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.40 to $23.50/hour
• Full Time work available
• Everyone trains 1st week on 1st shift before moving to assigned shift
• 1st shift 6:30AM-3PM
• 2nd shift 4:30PM-1:00AM
• Overtime may be required on Saturdays. Must also be able to work up to 2 hours of OT daily. Overtime for hours worked over 8 hours.
• Installing visors, wiring, flooring, door panels, seats, mirrors, etc.
• Sanding and applying chemicals prior to painting
• Welding - setting up parts and welding machines
• Ensure quality throughout the production process
• Ability to push-pull carts, perform repetitive lifting/actions up to 40 lbs, use of power and pneumatic tools, and continuous bending and standing for duration of shift
