Your Impact

From the moment you review a blueprint, specification, or two-dimensional drawing, you’re planning the fastest, safest route to a flawless assembly. You’ll choose the right tools, sequence tasks, validate each step, and collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot anything that gets in the way of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble heavy industrial equipment in strict accordance with specifications, blueprints, and 2D technical documentation.
  • Apply hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery to complete builds efficiently and safely.
  • Conduct safety, quality, and performance checks throughout the assembly process.
  • Coordinate with team members to diagnose and resolve assembly challenges.
  • Keep the workspace orderly to support safe, efficient operations.
  • Complete build documentation and escalate discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand skills and stay current on assembly techniques.

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in heavy industrial assembly or a related mechanical field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude; able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Confidence with hand and power tools used in manufacturing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Clear communication and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
