Each shift at BuzzBallz begins with momentum: conveyors warming up, bottling lines primed, and a team of technicians ready to keep everything running. As our Beverage Packaging Maintenance Operations Supervisor, you orchestrate that momentum—guiding mechanics and electricians, anticipating issues before they arise, and partnering with Operations to keep productivity high and downtime low.

What your day looks like

• Start the day aligning maintenance technicians, mechanics, and electricians on priorities for bottling and packaging lines.
• Review preventive maintenance schedules, assign work, and personally dig into complex troubleshooting to protect uptime and reliability.
• Meet with Operations leadership to analyze equipment performance and identify actions to lift efficiency and production output.
• Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety, quality, OSHA, and company standards.
• Champion continuous improvement and cost-saving ideas that advance line performance and reduce waste.

How you’ll partner and lead

• Be the go-to resource for cross-functional problem solving on high-speed beverage equipment.
• Model a high-performing, safety-first culture that develops team capabilities and fosters accountability.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to track work, communicate clearly, and report results.

What you’ll bring

Required

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years in maintenance, manufacturing, or a related supervisory role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational strength in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with beverage processing or packaging equipment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methods.
• Background supporting OSHA, HACCP, USDA, or comparable compliance programs.
