• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and records for compliance and audit purposes.
• Resolve any issues related to logistics, including delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement in processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
