Thermoforming Process Optimization Technologist
Picture your day on the production floor: you arrive at the thermoforming lines before a startup, shoulder-to-shoulder with the Process Team Leader. Together you dial in parameters, confirm material behavior, and bring a new job smoothly into production. Mid-shift, you huddle with corporate engineers to plan an R&D trial for an upcoming product. Before the day ends, you fine-tune a process, document the changes on process definition sheets, and coach teammates on best practices—all while keeping safety and quality front and center.
