We need someone who will be responsible for maximizing the company’s sales team potential in the IT sector, sticking to the sales plans, and developing a specific strategy to ensure the growth of long-term relationships with customers.
You should be a very proactive, self-starting, and goal-oriented person with sales/business development experience in a recruitment agency that focuses on providing recruitment services in the IT sector.

You could be an experienced technical recruiter with sales skills. who is willing to develop his career as a Business Development Manager.
You will join our team as a Business Development Manager, your objective is to clearly express ideas in a manner that will build rapport with our new customers. The ideal candidate will not let the market dictate their opportunities; rather, they will proactively build a pipeline of project opportunities that provide for new customer relationships and assist in managing existing key customer partnerships for long-term business growth and success.
Responsibilities
Develop new business accounts in the IT sector
Utilizes strategic account planning and sale pipeline management tools
Follows a proven sales process that includes prospecting, qualifying, targeting, identifying customer needs, developing value propositions, presenting solutions and alternatives, and closing the sale for future construction project opportunities
Continuously grow and develop your skills to lead a project team
Maintains knowledge of marketplace issues, industry trends, competitive information, customer expectations, and other market drivers
Participates in industry and community organizations
Requirements
Proven track record developing business and long-term client relations
Business development / sales experience in a recruitment agency with a focus on IT recruitment
Experience as a Technical IT recruiter would be a big plus
To participate in conferences and to organize meetings as needed
Be proactive with full of energy
Fluent/advanced English and Russian
