Core responsibilities

• Execute specialized welds on steel, aluminum, and stainless to exacting standards.
• Translate blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications into precise weld plans.
• Prepare, configure, and operate welding equipment and tooling safely and efficiently.
• Review finished welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Partner with teammates and cross-functional groups to meet schedule commitments.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional welding certifications welcomed.
• Demonstrated experience with advanced welding techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of welding safety standards and practices.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering prints.
• Meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong communication skills; proven team player.
• Physical endurance and strength suitable for shop tasks.
