Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

Earned your CDL and ready to build a professional driving career based in Raleigh, NC. We are recruiting CDL school graduates to join our expanding Southeastern fleet. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, gain confidence on the road, and begin earning promptly.

• Compensation: $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Pay schedule: Paid every Friday
• Paid training: One full month of paid training with an experienced mentor

What the job looks like

• Predictable regional routes operating from Raleigh and serving surrounding states
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver; no slip seating
• 24/7 support from dispatch
• Home-time options to help maintain work–life balance:

  • Home every other week

Training program

• Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction are eligible for the paid training program
• You will be paired with a mentor, focus on safe driving practices, and gain the experience necessary to advance with confidence

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
