What you’ll do

  • Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair electrical/electronic equipment using schematics, AC/DC systems, and PLC platforms.
  • Support operations when needed to safely resume and sustain production.
  • Execute maintenance using standard and specialized tools, including pendant and overhead cranes, forklifts, and mobile equipment.
  • Work solo with minimal supervision or collaborate with maintenance teammates.
  • Perform in varied environments — hot, cold, wet, greasy, dirty, and noisy — with strict adherence to safety practices.

Must‑haves

  • 1+ year of manufacturing/industrial experience (or equivalent education, including military) in any of the following: industrial electronics; motors and controls; electrical power and schematics; print reading; computers and PLCs; AC/DC theory; power; test instruments and instrumentation; electrical maintenance; commercial construction/installation.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work rotating 8‑hour shifts (weekends and holidays included) and overtime as needed.
  • Safety mindset and proper PPE at all times: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and metatarsal boots.
  • Consistent attendance, punctuality, and self‑direction.
  • Successful completion of assessment test(s).
