Express is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to support multiple job sites, making vacant units move-in ready and keeping properties in great shape.

A day in this role

You’ll start your 1st Shift at 8:00 AM and wrap up by 5:00 PM. Your day may begin at one site and end at another, handling hands-on tasks that bring spaces back to life.

What you’ll handle

• Minor repairs and touch-ups to get units ready quickly
• Painting and patching walls for a clean, finished look
• Light plumbing fixes
• Trash removal and detailed cleaning of units
• General property maintenance across multiple locations

Schedule & pay

• Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Pay: $18/hr

Travel & tools

• Work at multiple job sites; use your own vehicle to travel between locations
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile
• Bring your own tools
• After going core/permanent, the company offers a company vehicle

Compliance
