Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent, you will:

• Assist Italian customers with questions and requests related to automotive services.
• Provide professional customer assistance via phone and digital communication channels.
• Support customers requiring roadside assistance.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
• Coordinate assistance and guide customers through the appropriate next steps.
• Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Provide a calm, friendly and solution-oriented customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent level Italian (C1-C2).

• Good command of English (B2) for training and internal communication.

• Junior profiles and freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Previous Customer Service experience is not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented, patient and solution-focused attitude.

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

• Availability to work in a rotating shift environment.
