CDL Truck Driver – Recent Grads Welcome

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W2 Class A CDL drivers in Orlando, FL and the surrounding area. Openings are available across over‑the‑road (OTR), regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily serving lanes east of I‑35. Candidates with limited or no professional driving experience may be eligible for a paid Class A training program.

Training program (for candidates with limited or no experience):

• Paid three‑ to five‑week training for recent CDL school graduates who meet the minimum instruction requirement (at least 120 hours).
• Training covers safe tractor‑trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections, and company procedures.
• Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations prior to solo assignments.

Typical duties:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
• Haul primarily no‑touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members and follow company safety and compliance procedures.

Positions are available for drivers at various experience levels. Eligible candidates include those with a current Class A CDL or recent CDL graduates who meet the minimum instructional requirements for training.
