Overview
We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder to join a growing, team-oriented manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in clean, accurate work and can independently build and wire control panels from start to finish.
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team where each builder owns their projects, contributing to high-quality industrial equipment used in essential infrastructure applications.
What You’ll Do
- Build and wire industrial control panels based on schematics and line diagrams
- Assemble electrical components using hand and power tools
- Route and terminate wiring with accuracy and attention to detail
- Work independently to complete panels while maintaining quality standards
- Support light fabrication tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years of panel building or panel wiring experience
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and line diagrams
- Experience working with industrial power (3-phase, 480V)
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred (Not Required):
- Technical degree or certification
- Experience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs
- Light metal fabrication experience

Schedule & Overtime
- Standard hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Regular overtime during busy periods (up to ~5:00 PM and occasional Saturdays)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $29–$34/hour
- Contract-to-hire opportunity (6 months)
