Position Overview

Our client provides customer support services for a well-known automotive brand and is currently expanding its Dutch-speaking support team.

This is an entry-level position, suitable for candidates at the beginning of their career. Relocation to Greece is required prior to employment. A relocation support package is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and digital communication channels

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle features, service scheduling, warranty coverage, or general product information

  • Follow established processes and service guidelines to ensure accurate support

  • Record customer interactions and case details in internal systems

  • Maintain service quality standards and comply with operational procedures

  • Escalate complex or technical cases to specialized teams when required

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch

  • Good command of English (level B2)

  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach

  • Basic IT skills and ability to work with multiple support systems

  • Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
