Plant Equipment Reliability Millwright — Sanford, NC

What you’ll tackle

• Own preventive maintenance, inspections, and corrective repairs across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot failures; perform root-cause diagnostics; assemble parts per OEM guidance
• Weld, fabricate, and modify equipment; execute pump and piping installations
• Operate forklifts and heavy equipment as needed to assist troubleshooting
• Complete daily checklists and keep precise service, inventory, and PM records
• Conduct safety checks and annual inspections; uphold all Health & Safety SOPs
• Adhere to LOTO procedures at all times
• Review/complete required SOP trainings and quizzes
• Champion permit-required and area-specific compliance standards
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment

Schedule and pay

• Wage: $30 DOE
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• Extras: Some overtime with occasional weekends

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Familiarity with pressure/temperature/flow/level instrumentation; distillation and evaporation systems; cooling towers; pumps; and boilers (plus)
• Knowledge of piping systems and fluid dynamics
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs; bend, reach, climb; and handle tools/materials
• Clean, valid driver’s license
• Confined space capability and ability to maintain certification
• Fit for full face respirator use; must be clean shaven
• Comfortable working in extreme weather and standing for long periods
