We are seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as a Manufacturing Associate in Howell, Michigan. This is a versatile role that combines CNC machine operation, assembly work, and shipping/receiving responsibilities, providing variety throughout your workday and opportunities to expand your manufacturing skillset.

Whether you have experience operating CNC machines, building products, working in a warehouse, or all three, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

CNC Machine Operation

• Operate CNC machinery according to production schedules and quality standards
• Load and unload materials and finished parts
• Perform basic machine adjustments and inspections
• Monitor production runs and report issues as needed

Assembly

• Assemble components using hand and power tools
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Shipping & Receiving

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities
• Prepare orders for shipment and package products safely
• Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment when required
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize warehouse materials

Qualifications

Required

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or CNC experience
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• CNC machine operating experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Assembly experience using hand and power tools
• Forklift experience
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand and move throughout an 8-10 hour shift
• Ability to work in a production and warehouse environment
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
