Is this you?
- Have 1+ year of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or equivalent?
- Comfortable reading blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specs, and BOMs?
- Confident with basic computers, math, and clear written/verbal communication?
- Strong problem-solver who takes initiative?
- Hands-on skill in mechanical assembly, soldering, mechanical testing, and troubleshooting?
What you’ll do
- Assemble components for rail communications equipment following assembly prints and BOMs
- Use handheld tools (screw gun, drill) to build panels and harnesses to spec
- Crimp, strip, and solder wiring with precision
- Partner with Quality to verify products meet standards
- Practice 5S, keep equipment in good order, and maintain a clean, organized cell
- Immediately call out deviations to standard work that could impact quality, productivity, or safety
- Suggest improvements, participate in process-optimization activities, and help eliminate waste
- Jump in to support other assembly teams when needed
- Demonstrate professionalism with coworkers and customers
- Attend training as required—you’ll be trained and supported from day one
Reporting line: You will report to a Production Supervisor and/or Team Leader.

Pay & benefits details
The base rate range for this position in Homestead, PA is $16.40/hr – $21.30/hr. The rate may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
