Plaintiff Mass Tort Attorney – Edison, NJ (Middlesex County)

A well-established Middlesex County law firm is adding a litigator to its plaintiffs' mass tort and class action team. The office is a short drive from Edison, New Brunswick and Metuchen.

You will handle cases from intake through resolution: pleadings, written discovery, motion practice, depositions of witnesses and experts, and court appearances in state and federal court. You will talk to clients directly and help decide which cases the group takes.

Three-plus years in mass tort, class action or plaintiff injury work. New Jersey admission required; New York or a transferable UBE score is helpful. A science or medical background is a bonus.

$150,000 to $165,000 base with discretionary and origination bonuses and full benefits. Five days in the office.
