What You’ll Do

• Weld across multiple metals—steel, aluminum, and stainless—using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan and execute accurate welds.
• Set up and fine-tune welding machines and related equipment for optimal results.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards and job specs.
• Keep your work area safe and tidy while following all safety protocols.
• Partner with teammates to improve workflow, reduce rework, and boost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot welding challenges and assist in resolving production issues.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational welding training preferred.
• Experience as a welder in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques.
• Ability to read technical documents, specs, and blueprints with confidence.
• Detail-oriented approach and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Welding certification is a plus.
