What will you tackle here?
- Find it fast: Use advanced diagnostic software and test equipment to pinpoint mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic issues.
- Make it solid: Rebuild and repair steering, suspension, and braking systems across vocational truck chassis and related powertrain components.
- Clean it up: Service emissions systems—especially EGR coolers and valves—to keep trucks compliant and reliable.
- Power the work: Install and repair PTO gearboxes; verify performance of hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, and winches.
- Clear the codes: Read schematics and correct complex faults in 12V/24V circuits, wiring harnesses, starting/charging systems, and ECUs.
Are you a fit?
- You hold a valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).
- You’ve worked as a Diesel Mechanic on Class 6, 7, or 8 heavy trucks.
- Your mechanical aptitude is high, and you never compromise on shop safety and compliance.
- You’re a vocational/technical school graduate or a military veteran with specialized mechanical training—or have equivalent experience.
