Fulfillment Operations Associate

A day in this role

You arrive on the floor, glance at the day’s inbound schedule, and jump right in—unloading goods, scanning items into inventory, and staging them neatly. Before long, you’re on a forklift moving pallets to their bays, then picking, packing, and labeling outbound orders so they’re ready for shipping. Throughout the shift, you keep aisles clear, counts accurate, and communication flowing with your teammates to hit production goals—always with safety first.

What you’ll handle

• Receive, store, and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Operate warehouse equipment—forklifts and pallet jacks—safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory integrity, including routine cycle counts and record updates.
• Pick, pack, and label orders for on-time dispatch.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Partner with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or production settings is helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive, physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with solid organizational habits.
• Comfort with basic computer use for inventory tasks.
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including overtime when needed.
