Non‑CDL Box Truck Delivery Specialist & Warehouse Operations Associate

Picture your day: you roll out in a well-maintained 26' box truck with a precise route plan, greet customers with a professional smile, document each stop accurately, and return to the warehouse to help keep inventory flowing. You switch gears seamlessly—from safe driving to careful unloading, from palletizing outgoing orders to updating cycle counts—so customers get exactly what they need, right on time.

Compensation

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00

A Day in This Role

• Operate company vehicles with the utmost safety and professionalism at all times.
• Deliver products to designated locations promptly and with precise order accuracy.
• Unload and neatly stack products alongside customers, maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Complete all delivery documentation and related paperwork accurately.
• Assist in warehouse tasks: receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping merchandise as needed.
• Assemble and stage customer orders, including palletizing for shipment.
• Store materials correctly based on product codes and put-away sequences.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and update inventory records accordingly.
• Identify freight discrepancies and support timely resolution of claims.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized—sweep, remove trash, and follow all safety and sanitation practices.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment efficiently and safely.

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs or careless/reckless driving in the past 3 years).
• Proven ability to operate 26’ box trucks.
• Experience with forklifts or reach trucks preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Confidence reading and interpreting work instructions and documentation.
• Professional, customer-focused communication with clients and teammates.
• Solid basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Comfort regularly lifting, pushing, or pulling 75+ lbs.
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines.
