Dentist

Associate Dentist to provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care. The successful candidate will deliver clinical services, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

  • Primary Responsibilities
    • Provide routine and complex dental procedures, including prophylaxis, restorations, endodontics, extractions, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic treatments consistent with patient needs and practice standards.
    • Perform comprehensive examinations, obtain and interpret digital radiographs and other diagnostic data, and develop accurate, evidence-based treatment plans.
    • Educate patients on oral health, preventative care, and proposed treatment options, ensuring clear communication and informed consent.
    • Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, laboratory technicians, and administrative staff to deliver coordinated patient care and efficient clinic workflow.
    • Maintain accurate, timely digital patient records in compliance with applicable regulations (for example, HIPAA and OSHA).
    • Participate in quality-assurance processes, case reviews, and continuing clinical improvement activities as required.
  • Required Qualifications
    • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
    • Active, unrestricted license to practice dentistry
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
    • DEA registration, if applicable for the scope of practice.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Completion of a General Practice Residency (GPR), Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD), or equivalent postdoctoral training.
    • Clinical experience in a busy practice setting.
    • Strong interpersonal and patient-management skills, with a professional and empathetic bedside manner.

    • Clinical proficiency across a broad scope of general dentistry procedures.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Attention to detail, sound clinical judgment, and commitment to patient safety and ethics.
    • Comfort using practice management software, digital imaging systems, and intraoral scanners.
