Regional Class A Company Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Lake Charles, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, with most runs east of I‑35. Compensation and benefits

  • Pay: $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday. Exact pay depends on experience and route.
  • Paid training: Fully paid three- to five-week program for new CDL graduates who meet the minimum training hours requirement.
  • Bonuses: Safety and performance bonus opportunities.
  • Home time: Weekly or every two weeks depending on fleet assignment.
  • Equipment: Assigned late-model 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.

Typical duties

  • Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Haul no‑touch dry van freight, with approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
  • Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments.
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
  • Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates accepted if they have at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
  • Satisfactory driving record and strong focus on safety.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
