Location: Moody, AL (Gardner Denver Nash — 2150 A E Moore Rd., Moody, AL 35004)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. | Onsite only | Direct hire, full time
When you arrive at our Moody Service Center, you’re the first friendly face guests meet. You greet visitors, answer phones, and keep inboxes flowing. Before mid-morning, you’ve updated timesheets (including the SQDIP tab), organized job packets, and queued up weekly reports. You’ve checked the COI book to verify vendor insurance and safety-video compliance, scheduled building and equipment maintenance, and ordered supplies so the team never misses a beat.
As afternoon projects roll in, you open and track remanufacturing jobs in the UX system, process incoming cores, and keep a tight handle on core tracking. You prep shipping documentation for inbound and outbound freight, send status updates when repairs/remans are a week from shipment, and compile charts, forms, and graphs for operations. You also maintain ISO-related training records, support teammates with light software training and technical questions, and contribute to quality objectives by following work instructions, requisitions, and corrective action processes. Scanning, shredding, and maintaining organized e-files wrap the day with everything exactly where it belongs.
This position is based 100% onsite at our Moody, AL facility.
