What You’ll Do
- Design workflows, work center layouts, and material handling processes
- Support ERP implementation through data analysis
- Create work instructions and documentation
- Contribute to the Quality Management System
- Present project updates to the Leadership Team
- Spend time both on the production floor and in the office, seeing how engineering decisions impact real operations

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (preferably after sophomore year)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SolidWorks experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in manufacturing processes and problem-solving
- Basic familiarity with hand tools
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs) and carrying (up to 25 lbs)
