Why This Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to stay hands-on in the field while stepping into a leadership role. You’ll have the ability to lead a crew, take ownership of projects, and work directly in the field—not from an office.

If you’re a skilled trades professional who enjoys both building and leading, this role offers stability, growth, and a strong team environment.
