We are seeking a Working Field Supervisor / Lead Technician to join a growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising and actively working alongside a small crew on industrial and construction job sites.
You will lead daily field operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. This role is ideal for someone who has strong mechanical skills, enjoys working in the field, and has experience leading small teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.
This is a working supervisor position (not office-based), overseeing approximately 2–5 crew members while participating directly in field installation, equipment assembly, and maintenance work.
Lead and supervise daily jobsite operations while working alongside a small crew (2–5 team members)
Perform hands-on installation, equipment assembly, and industrial maintenance work using hand/power tools and welding
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with OSHA standards
Coordinate daily schedules and task assignments to meet project deadlines
Conduct routine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and basic repairs on machinery and equipment
Train, mentor, and support team members to improve performance and field execution
Communicate project updates and jobsite progress with clients and stakeholders
Use construction/project management software to track work, progress, and reporting
Experience as a working supervisor, foreman, or lead technician in industrial or construction environments
Strong hands-on background in mechanical installation, industrial maintenance, or equipment assembly
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Experience leading or working alongside small crews in the field
Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety enforcement
Familiarity with project scheduling and construction management tools/software
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the year, including overnight stays
Valid driver’s license required
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
Must live within commuting distance of Fleetwood, PA
$35.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on experience)
