What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end maintenance operations for production equipment and utilities.
Establish reliability targets, track KPIs, and drive sustained performance improvement.
Design and manage maintenance training and performance systems for the team.
Implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence and extend asset life.
Lead capital initiatives ($500k–$3M): scope, scheduling, vendor coordination, installation, and startup.
Plan and execute plant shutdowns/turnarounds in partnership with engineering and operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and other groups to prioritize work and allocate resources.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of management and leadership experience within manufacturing.
Track record overseeing multimillion CapEx projects ranging from $500k to $3M.
Demonstrated success coordinating and leading shutdown activities.
Preferred Qualifications
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise.
Experience leading RCI’s.
