Your Mission

  • Turn molten aluminum into precision cast components through safe, repeatable processes.
  • Own quality at every step: prep molds, pour, monitor, measure, and finish to spec.
  • Grow your skill set by cross-training across multiple work centers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare and preheat steel molds with torches for accurate casting.
  • Prepare and clean molten aluminum; load subassemblies into molds.
  • Pour castings and actively monitor production processes.
  • Conduct in-process quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and measurement gauges.
  • Cut, clean, deburr, and grind cast parts.
  • Use wrenches, drills, and screwdrivers; read work orders and follow instructions.
  • Maintain equipment and keep work areas organized and safe.
  • Support team production targets while adhering to safety procedures.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on background preferred: manufacturing, production, construction, roofing, landscaping, warehouse, military, mechanical, or industrial.
  • Comfort working in a hot environment; able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Physically active—comfortable bending, kneeling, and standing throughout the shift.
  • Basic math, measurement, and computer skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Proficiency with basic hand tools and a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.

Shifts

1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Saturday overtime available
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM | Friday overtime available as needed

Pay & Incentives

  • $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
  • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • 15% shift differential for 2nd shift
  • 7% additional summer premium during peak season
  • Plenty of overtime opportunities
