CDL A School Graduate - Regional Truck Driver

Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no driving experience to join our regional fleet operating from Tallahassee, FL. With consistent freight and mileage, these routes offer regular weekly home time, competitive weekly pay, and a full benefits package effective from day one. This opportunity is intended for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full operational support as they begin their trucking career.

• Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities available.

• Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week training program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Schedule & equipment: Regional routes with regular weekly home time, primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook. Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
• Minimum qualifications:
  • Valid CDL‑A license.
  • Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
  • Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Ability to meet DOT/FMCSA hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
