Core responsibilities
- Install, maintain, repair, dismantle, and reassemble industrial and construction machinery with exacting tolerances.
- Perform alignment and precision assembly of bearings, gears, shafts, motors, and couplings.
- Execute welding and fabrication tasks; plan and perform safe rigging operations.
- Work from scaffolding, JLG aerial lifts, and scissor lifts to complete mechanical repairs.
- Operate forklifts/lift trucks (current certification required).
- Interpret blueprints and mechanical design drawings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and mechanical system issues efficiently.
- Support and repair conveyors, carousels, ASRS equipment, monorails, and bulk conveyors.
- Apply sound material handling practices; follow SDS and all safety procedures.
What we’re looking for
- Independent, self-directed mechanic with strong attention to detail, including accurate PM data collection/entry and tracking.
- High school diploma or equivalent; successful completion of screening and skills tests is required.
- Advanced schooling and/or 5+ years of verifiable industrial maintenance experience preferred.
When you’ll work
Off-shift position with daily and weekend overtime as needed.
