Quality Technician

We are seeking aQuality Technicianto support quality assurance activities in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing inspections, verifying parts and materials, and ensuring that all products meet customer and industry standards. The position works closely with production teams to identify issues, maintain compliance, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on raw materials, in-process work, and finished parts
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and thread gauges
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Support corrective and preventive action activities when issues arise
• Collaborate with production to address quality concerns and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with measurement instruments and inspection techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
