Role highlights
- Independently diagnose and repair production/plant equipment utilizing schematics, manuals, and drawings.
- Troubleshoot electrical and electro-mechanical issues; implement preventive maintenance strategies to reduce repeat failures.
- Identify faulty parts, create requisitions with correct nomenclature, and follow storeroom withdrawal/return procedures.
- Operate motorized/peripheral equipment; use hand tools and basic machine shop equipment to complete high-quality repairs.
- Maintain ISO-aligned records and adhere to established maintenance procedures within ERP and related systems.
- Lead co-workers on assigned tasks; uphold a clean, safe working environment.
- Fulfill shift-specific duties assigned by the maintenance supervisor; take on other tasks as needed.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of related experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- High school diploma/equivalent required; vocational or trade education in electro-mechanical disciplines preferred.
- Mechanical pre-employment test required; must pass a multiple-choice exam with a handwritten section.
- Proficiency using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers).
- Effective speaker/presenter capable of running productive meetings.
