Our focus: electrical installation and controls for FedEx, Amazon, UPS, and other material handling environments across the U.S. We hire for the long term — steady project-to-project work, not a single assignment.

Role snapshot

• Install EMT and rigid conduit to spec
• Pull, dress, and terminate control and power wiring
• Terminate motors; set up and verify VFDs
• Mount and align sensors and photo eyes
• Read and work from electrical drawings/schematics

Conveyor background is helpful, not mandatory.

Where you’ll work

• Distribution and fulfillment centers for FedEx, Amazon, UPS
• Additional material handling facilities throughout the U.S.

Must-have capabilities

• Industrial electrical experience
• Proficiency in electrical installation and troubleshooting
• Electrical panel installation expertise
• Comfort reading and interpreting electrical schematics
• Control wiring, motor terminations, and device setup (VFDs, sensors, photo eyes)

Pay, travel, and stability

• $38–$70/hr DOE + abundant overtime
• $150+/day per diem
• Flights, mileage, hotels, and travel costs covered
• Fly home every 3–4 weeks
• Year-round, steady employment — no layoff shuffle
