Is this you?

• Comfortable starting, stopping, and monitoring complex plant systems with gauges, meters, and HMIs?
• Skilled with test equipment and calibration tools for troubleshooting?
• Experienced (2+ years) in industrial O&M with a High School Diploma plus trade/military or equivalent?
• Developing technical professional who thrives with guidance and mentorship?
• Actively working toward certifications/licensures and holding a valid state driver’s license?

What you will do

• Operate: Start, stop, and monitor equipment; measure and adjust parameters via computer systems
• Document: Record conditions, activities, and observations in logs and electronic records
• Maintain: Perform preventive, corrective, and improvement-related maintenance on mechanical and electrical assets
• Troubleshoot: Diagnose issues safely; repair and overhaul equipment as needed
• Assure quality: Run chemical analyses and maintain proper control of steam, cooling, and condensate systems; keep chemistry logs current
• Improve: Support plant betterment projects and help develop, revise, and follow SOPs
• Comply: Adhere to plant procedures and all local, state, and federal regulations
• Secure: Maintain plant security; follow site access protocols
• Handle with care: Safely handle, transfer, and manage bulk chemicals and hazardous materials
• Operate equipment: Use forklifts and manlifts safely and effectively

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $30-40/hr.
