• Construction and piping background with substantial bidding experience.
• Knowledge of national piping codes applied within estimates and scopes.
• Sector versatility: commercial, healthcare, K–12, or industrial; plus ability to produce conceptual estimates (budgets, schematic design).
• Vendor/subcontractor relationships that yield timely, competitive pricing.
• Proficiency in Quotesoft, Accubid, or comparable estimating tools.
• Strong communication habits that promote a fair, positive team environment.
• Willingness to relocate as needed.
