You’ve earned your CDL. Now it’s time to gain the experience that turns it into a long-term career. We are seeking CDL school graduates to join our Norfolk-based Eastern fleet. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, become confident on the road, and begin earning without delay.

Compensation and benefits

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

Position overview

• Norfolk-based, predictable regional routes serving the Hampton Roads area and the Eastern seaboard
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Home time options: home weekly or home every other week

Training program

• Eligible drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction may qualify for paid training
• Trainees work with an experienced mentor, focus on safety, and gain the practical road experience needed to progress confidently

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
