From custom fabrications to everyday workhorses like truck beds, trailers, and dumpsters, your welds hold it all together. We’re looking for a detail-driven fitter–welder who can take a blueprint, plan the work, and deliver dependable results—safely and consistently.

Your mission

• Turn drawings and work orders into a clear fabrication plan.
• Select and perform the appropriate process—MIG, stick, or others—to complete high-quality welds.
• Fit, tack, weld, and assemble steel components to exacting standards.
• Run core shop equipment: welders, cutting tools, grinders, and related fabrication machinery.
• Verify the integrity of every weld and confirm compliance with specifications.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment when authorized to keep jobs moving.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures without compromise.
• Pitch in with broader fabrication and production needs as they arise.

Structural steel assemblies and a range of custom builds—including truck beds, trailers, dumpsters, and one-off projects—each requiring sound fit-up, methodical welding, and thorough finishing.
