What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role in managing incoming inventory, maintaining accurate stock levels, and ensuring products are stored and shipped efficiently.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming materials

• Putting inventory away in designated warehouse locations

• Pulling and preparing customer orders for shipment

• Operating forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently

• Using RF scanners to track and manage inventory

• Reading and verifying packing slips for accuracy

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Assisting with inventory control and warehouse operations as needed

• Following all company safety and operational procedures

Job duties may align with positions such as Receiving Associate, Receiving Clerk, Returns Associate, Pipe Yard Inside Associate, Pipe Yard Outside Associate, or Warehouse Floater.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum

  1 year of warehouse experience

• Experience operating a

  sit-down forklift and cherry picker

• At least

  6 months of RF scanner experience

• Ability to read and understand packing slips and inventory documents

• Comfortable working at heights of up to

  25 feet

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or delivery operations

• Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn warehouse inventory

• Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move materials with equipment assistance

• Ability to handle physically demanding warehouse tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to work safely while operating material handling equipment
