Own the Client Journey as a Client Acquisition and Relationship Manager

Imagine Your First 90 Days
You map your territory, identify high-potential segments, and schedule your first round of discovery calls. You meet with existing clients to uncover new ways to support their goals. You collaborate with Marketing to tailor promotional materials, and you deliver presentations that speak your prospects’ language. Each week, you track progress in the CRM and push yourself toward monthly KPIs—always ready to go the extra mile for clients.
You Will
- Prospect relentlessly via networking, referrals, and cold calling to build a healthy pipeline.
- Act as a self-starter who generates and nurtures your own leads.
- Deepen relationships with current clients to drive repeat business.
- Research market trends to surface areas where we can grow.
- Craft and present persuasive sales presentations to decision-makers.
- Team up with Marketing to develop targeted promotional assets.
- Hit—and aim to exceed—monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver responsive, high-touch service to every client inquiry.
- Document activities, notes, and outcomes meticulously in the CRM.
You Bring
- Successful sales experience; industry familiarity is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Comfort working autonomously and within a collaborative team.
- A results-first mindset with a history of meeting or beating goals.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
