Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset
10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based in Towson, MD for a Northeast fleet that offers consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate regional freight from Northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday.
- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- $0.80–$0.85 per mile
- Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
- Average 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
- Average length of haul approximately 400 miles
- Up to 3 CPM performance bonus based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
- 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
- Top regional drivers on this fleet can earn up to $1,850 weekly
- Additional pay details: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond, $65 for Long Island deliveries, and $12.50 per hour detention pay after 2 hours
Lane Details
Drivers operate a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across a Northeast regional network. The running area is generally Virginia to Maine, with typical freight moving from Northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio. Occasional routes outside the primary area may be assigned to maximize miles while preserving weekly reset time. Drivers who choose to remain out instead of returning home for their reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay. Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but is not required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
