What you’ll do

• Service and repair semi‑trailers and diesel engines with a focus on reliability and safety.
• Pinpoint mechanical issues and execute solid, efficient fixes.
• Inspect and test brakes, steering, and suspension systems to confirm performance.
• Record all maintenance and repair activity with clear, complete documentation.
• Coordinate with teammates to hit timelines and meet work order requirements.
• Track industry updates and evolving diesel technologies to continually improve.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the shop environment orderly.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; diesel technical program preferred.
• Hands‑on experience as a diesel mechanic or comparable technician role.
• Strong understanding of diesel engines and semi‑trailer systems.
• Comfort reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Excellent diagnostic abilities and careful attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends as needed.
